Chateau Saint Nabor - Fruity Rosé

The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity (sugars, acidity and aromas), destemmed and crushed before passing through the pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature.

This rosé is bright and shimmering with raspberry pink highlights. Its bouquet exudes aromas of red fruits and notes of honeysuckle and linden.

The attack on the palate is fresh and balanced; light, it releases flavors of barely ripe, tangy berries such as cranberries and wild strawberries as well as mineral notes. The acidity balances the sugar and produces a sweet wine full of freshness.

Serve at 8 to 10°C with desserts like strawberry tart. It's also perfect on its own as an aperitif.
