The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness (color, aromas, tannins), destemmed, and crushed. Cold maceration for 8 to 12 hours promotes the extraction of color and tannins. Fermentation temperature is controlled and maceration lasts for 10 days. Color and tannins are extracted through daily pumping over and several racking operations. The free-run wine and press wine are separated until the final blend.

Balanced, the palate plays on suppleness more than power, offering the palate a sensation of freshness stimulated by fresh fruits under cover of young and crisp tannins.
Serve between 16 and 18°C with a nice platter of charcuterie and cheese. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, pizzas, or summer salads. An ideal red wine for red wine lovers, even in summer.
Ready to drink and can be stored for 4 years.
