This 2022 Rosé is made from 85% Tempranillo and 15% Albillo Mayor and Garnacha from vines aged 15–30 years. Very pale bright pink with dense tears, it offers fresh red fruit and strawberry aromas with hints of rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh, structured, and aromatic, ideal with fish, seafood, pasta, rice, white meats, small game, light stews, and Japanese or Oriental cuisine.
