Viticulture
Ten hectares of native grapes (Magliocco Dolce, Calabrese, Greek White), national (Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Barbera) and international (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah) reared in accordance with the green manure technique is totally organic.
