Taste the Wines Made from International as well as Autochthonous Varieties
A group of vineyards, stretched over a green hillside, covers a land area of 10 hectares on which the owners grow a vast range of grapes, including native and international vines. They don’t use any hazardous chemical during the cultivation of grapes. The indigenous vines include fruity Magliocco Dolce, Calabrese, and Greco Bianco, whereas national variety embraces Sangiovese, Trebbiano, and Barbera. Their international vines consist of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, cultivated with organic farming techniques. They produce high-quality red, white and sparkling wines, in combination with luscious dessert and rose wines.
The Winery Provides Organic Wines and Olive Oil
Tenute Pacelli also grows 2000 olive plants that are 15 years of age from which they produce organic extra virgin olive oil. The olive variety they grow includes Roggianella, Carolea and Ogliarola Messines. The working in the private oil mill is operated byolar panels, a natural energy resource, to pay the ecological respect to Mother Nature.
