Viticulture
Ten hectares of native grapes (Magliocco Dolce, Calabrese, Greek White), national (Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Barbera) and international (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah) reared in accordance with the green manure technique is totally organic. Zoe is dedicated to the youngest female of the Family, called Zoe.
Tasting Notes
Bright gold color, notes of yellow fruits, like peaches and apricots, and a persistent mineral note, with a fine and delicate perlage.
Available Brut, Pas Dosé and Rosé Brut, vintage 2016 (50 months on the lees) or the new vintage 2017 (60 months).
