Despite often produced by the same grapes, Talha Wines have this singularity of being all different from one another, due to the unique touch that each one of the amphoras give to them. Talha Premium is a unique wine as it comes from the one that is considered the best Talha of the year. It is therefore a single batch, numbered and its production is limited to the capacity of the chosen amphora. It is vinified in August/September, and kept in contact with the wine masses inside the amphoras until December, remaining in contact with the clay for a total of 4 months. This wine is produced every year in the varieties of red and white.

Vinified from the grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto, Perrum and Diagalves, between the months of August / September, this wine is kept in contact with the wine masses inside the clay pot until December, remaining in contact with the clay for a total of 4 months. Although made from the same grapes, Talha Wine has the singularity of being different from one clay pot to the others. This happens due to the unique touch each clay pot concedes to the wine. "Talha Premium White" is an special wine, since it comes from what we consider to be the best amphora of the year. Therefore it is a single batch, numbered and with its production limited to the capacity of the chosen amphora.
Medium fresh, with good structure, long and pleasant eding, with some perceptions of orange skin.
Talha Premium White goes well with pasta dishes, pork and white meats.
