In recent years, we have embraced wine tourism, which continues to grow, by enhancing our service quality. Our knowledgeable staff, including a dedicated oenologist, leads tours of the winery, ensuring that visitors enjoy a memorable and unique experience.
Our tour highlights the rich traditions of the countryside. Guests can stroll through our expansive park, shaded by natural trees, and visit our 5-hectare fields where Hereford cows and calves roam freely, perfect for photography.
You will also have the chance to see our experimental vineyard, featuring eight different grape varieties, allowing you to compare their leaves and clusters.
During the tour, you will visit our state-of-the-art bottling plant, where you can witness our automatic bottling line in action and even label some of our wines yourself. We will guide you through our laboratory and fermentation plant, showcasing the entire wine production process.
The tour concludes in our Sensory Analysis room, where you can experience the aromatic profiles of various wine varieties.
Wine tasting takes place in our unique underground cellar, CAVA, which dates back to 1927, providing an authentic atmosphere to savor our exquisite wines.
