Wir kultivieren unsere Trauben im UNESCO-Welterbe „Oberes Mittelrheintal“. Die extrem steilen, steinigen Quarz- und Schieferböden des Rüdesheimer Bergs bringen Rieslingweine mit reichhaltigem Geschmacksspektrum und fruchtiger Säure hervor.
Das Weingut Dr. Nägler betreibt seit 1826 bereits in der sechsten Generation den Anbau und die Herstellung von Rieslingweinen.
Unsere Hauptrebsorte ist der Riesling, mit dem wir 90 % unserer 6 Hektar Weinberge bedecken.
Ergänzt wird unser Sortiment durch einen kleineren Anteil an Pinot Noir und Pinot Blanc.
Sie werden trockenen Riesling vom Schiefer und Berg Schlossberg Riesling GG/ Grosses Gewächs Riesling Kabinett und edelsüßen Berg Rottland Riesling Auslese probieren.
Die Weine werden vom Eigentümer und Kellermeister persönlich vorgestellt.

Write a reviewWe absolutely loved the personal attention and the private tasting upstairs in the family quarters, featuring generations of Rheingau history. Dr Nägler was professional and friendly, giving excellent context for each tasting in German and English. The minerality and complexity of the Rieslings were standout. A great experience all around.
Tilbert Nägler (owner) gave us a great presentation of the wines and the terroir. Extra exciting to see the vineyards from a boat cruise on the river Rhein. Highly recommended
We had a hike through the vineyards with tasting. The hike was very informative and the different wines were all very tasty. We will definitely order a case or two of wine.

A special lunch event was organised for 30 people, with a short tour of the wine production area, follwed by a tasting with lunch. This is a small family run Weingut and Dr. Nägler did a great job of explaining the wines, the differing styles and the production techniques.

We had the floating wine tasting last night. It was very informative and the wine presented was delicious. Will definitely stop at the winery on the way home and pick up a bottle or two
