This experience represents the entry point to the Cas’Amaro universe, offering a first contact with the project, its philosophy, and the way wine is understood as an expression of the territory.
The visit takes place at the Cas’Amaro Lisbon winery, where the main stages of the winemaking process are presented and explained in a clear and accessible manner. The explanation is always based on a conscious, sustainable, and organic production approach.
Throughout the visit, the identity of the Cas’Amaro project is introduced, along with its presence in five Portuguese wine regions — Vinhos Verdes, Douro, Dão, Lisbon, and Alentejo — highlighting the diversity of landscapes, styles, and interpretations of Portuguese wine.
Cas’Amaro wines also reflect this diversity through the choice of grape varieties, combining rare Portuguese native grapes such as Sercial, Bastardo, and Camarate with more widely recognized varieties, creating a balance between identity, tradition, and accessibility.
At the wine bar, the experience continues with a tasting of three Cas’Amaro wines, selected to present the profile of the project and the way each wine reflects the territory from which it originates.
The visit concludes with an invitation to visit the Cas’Amaro shop, where guests may purchase the project’s wines and products, extending the experience beyond the tasting.
This experience is ideal for visitors who are discovering Cas’Amaro for the first time and are looking for an authentic introduction to the project, its wines, and their regional diversity.
