This walk is for INDIVIDUAL USE only but is organized by Domaine Bertholet, a family winegrower-winemaker business for 4 generations.

The experience begins at the Domaine Bertholet cellar in the center of the village of Villeneuve (Grand-Rue 36) with a tour of the cellar with the winemaker and the tasting of 3 wines (approx. 60 min.)

Then, the walk is done ALONE. We will give you the walk map and the equipment for the fondue.

A steady climb will take you through the more or less steep vineyards of Villeneuve. We will show you places where you can stop to prepare your own fondue (ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE PROVIDED) accompanied by the Domaine's "Chasselas" white wine.

Throughout the hike you will enjoy a beautiful view of the lake beyond the vineyard.

When you feel like it, you will return the equipment to the cellar.
