Situated just 50 kilometers from Bordeaux, the historic Château Les Alberts has been a beacon of winemaking excellence since 1875. Our estate is known for producing high-quality wines that are appreciated worldwide. We adhere to traditional winemaking practices, avoiding chemical herbicides and opting for manual harvesting, especially for our cherished old vines. With strict yield controls, careful vineyard management, and precise vinification processes, we ensure that every bottle reflects our commitment to quality.

Signature Wines Reflecting Our Heritage

Our flagship wine, Premières Côtes de Blaye, highlights the unique character of our oldest vines, which are between 40 and 60 years old and aged for a year in oak barrels. In addition, our Red Bordeaux, crafted from younger vines averaging 20 years, offers a vibrant taste. We also produce a delightful Bordeaux rosé and a crisp white Bordeaux, each showcasing the terroir of our region.

Crafted Wines with Diverse Varietals

At Château Les Alberts, we also produce Château La Gontelle Côtes de Blaye at our secondary estate, where we utilize mechanical harvesting for efficiency. Our red wines feature a blend of varietals, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc, while our white wines combine Sémillon and Sauvignon for a balanced flavor profile. Each wine is crafted with care, reflecting the diversity of our vineyards and the passion of our winemakers.
