In 2020, Mónica Pires and Norberto set out to transform a dream into reality: creating a small but heartfelt winemaking project in the Algarve. Their vineyard now spans 4 hectares, with a particularly treasured 0.5-hectare plot dedicated to Negra Mole, a native Algarve grape variety that they are proud to preserve.

From the beginning, their vision was clear — it was never only about producing wine. It was about sharing it, opening the gates of their land and their story to those curious enough to discover it. This is how their wine tourism experiences were born.

The Trivial Tasting invites visitors to sample 3 wines, paired with local olive oil and bread. Alongside the flavors, guests are introduced to the origins of the project and to the care that goes into each step of the wine making process.

The Primorosa Experience takes guests further, on a gentle walk through the countryside to the “mother vineyard.” There, Mónica share stories of the grape varieties they planted, the choices they made, and the dreams they hold for the future. The visit concludes with a tasting of 4 wines, thoughtfully paired with regional cheeses, cured meats, and other delicacies.

Visitors are warmly invited to join them in one of these experiences — because the truest way to understand their wines is not just by tasting them, but by walking the land, hearing the stories, and feeling the passion that flows into every glass.

It is worth noting that vineyard walks cannot take place on rainy days or right after storms, as the soil becomes unsuitable for walking. On sunny days, however, the vineyard reveals itself in all its beauty, ready to welcome those who wish to discover it.
