Where Tradition Meets Innovation

The story of Torre Pernice began in 1950 with the Sartori family. Today, the descendants continue the winemaking tradition, actively participating in the wine production process. Owners Roberto and Bianca warmly welcome guests to their charming agriturismo, while their daughters Maria, Chiara, and Sofia manage the winery operations and hospitality services. The winery features state-of-the-art equipment alongside traditional oak barrels for aging and preserving their wines.

The Region's Unique Microclimate

Respecting nature, the Sartori family cultivates three unique grape varieties: Pigato, Vermentino, and Rossese. The region's abundant sunshine and gentle breezes create an ideal microclimate for grape maturation. These varieties are used to produce some of the finest Ligurian wines, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines with DOC designation.

Agriturismo Torre Pernice is renowned worldwide. Within the winery building, an ancient wine cellar evokes the history of knights and noble ladies who once inhabited this historic tower. Guests can savor a variety of traditional dishes and Ligurian specialties in the on-site restaurant. The Winter Garden offers breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding plains.
