From Childhood Memories to Winemaking Dedication

My love for wine began in my childhood, sneaking late-night visits to the mysterious cellar with my father. While my mother urged us to sleep, my father and I shared a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. Today, I pour my heart into every bottle, ensuring each one is filled, corked, cleaned, labeled, capped, and boxed with care. Yes, my back may ache from the labor, but it’s a small price to pay for preserving a tradition that has been passed down through generations. Each sip of our wine carries the essence of my dedication and the rich history of our family.

A Charming Gastronomic Haven

In 2006, I transformed an old stable into a warm and inviting restaurant, driven by my passion for good food. I thought, “Why not create it myself?” My menu features simple yet high-quality dishes, blending traditional recipes with a touch of curiosity. Many ingredients come from our own vegetable garden, while others are sourced from local producers. As the weather warms, we set up elegant tables among our olive trees and camellias, creating a perfect setting for enjoying good food and a glass of our family’s “Granaccia,” a wine crafted with care since 1898. Join us for a delightful experience where nature, community, and quality cuisine come together.

The environment is very welcoming, all made of bricks, I recommend making a reservation because there are not many tables, which allows for considerable attention to be paid to the dishes such as the fresh, all home made pasta. There is the possibility of a €40 tasting menu with a truly excellent starter, first course, second course and dessert. Drinks are excluded so we tasted their Granaccia. All the dishes are listed on two large blackboards and a tasting with pizza and focaccia is also possible for €20. At Easter lunch, in addition to the rich appetizer consisting of: top, excellent chopped meat with artichokes, delicious asparagus flan, a stuffed onion with very tasty cod. As a first course, chestnut tagliatelle with bacon was good but perhaps the artichoke tortelli were even better. The main course was the grznacvia braised meat with wonderful baked potatoes, the Ligurian rabbit and the Typical Ligurian Brandacujum. To finish, an excellent, truly original chinotto panna cotta, even the tart was good! Excellent, I recommend it.

Very nice and cozy place, with quality products that can be combined with the excellent wines they make. The menu changes from time to time and satisfies all tastes. I will gladly return.

Very charming restaurant. A bit hidden as it is not exactly where Google Maps says it is. But if you walk up the little alley you will find it straight away. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is very cozy. Very friendly service.

We had a really enjoyable evening with great food in a super comfortable environment. The owner Lorenzo as well as his staff are really kind. We booked and saw that as it was still summer the table would be set in the garden of the restaurant, where I have been before and it is truly suggestive, but yesterday evening he made us choose and we opted to eat inside... (a 'Equally suggestive was the room created from a tavern with exposed bricks... Very beautiful) returning to the food we chose the €40 tasting menu with a mix of starters (not exactly tasters) where there were anchovies in carpione, the aubergine flan, a chicken salad and the chopped meat (all really excellent) moving on to the first courses you could choose one between 3/4 now I don't remember and I took ravioli with fried aubergines fresh tomatoes and salted ricotta ( they spoke for themselves....) secondly I was already full and then I launched myself to the top.... Reaching the top is a no-brainer for me because it's one of those tastes that no one has ever tasted like my grandmother made it. ... AND instead I have to say that this one comes very close to him, very good 🥰To conclude this super dinner, always included in the €40 dessert, a tartlet filled with custard with strawberries and blueberries that said eat me.... All accompanied by the wines produced by the owner Lorenzo.
