Their Production Methods

The brand has two different production methods used to make their various wines. One is the Ca’ d’Or Franciacorta DOCG Line, while the other is the Ca’ d’Or Method Italiano DOC. The different colored bottles show the difference between the wines.

Their Grand Cru vineyards are located around 150 meters above the sea level on the hills of Franciacorta and also on the slopes of the Lessini Mountains. The cultivation takes place manually through organic methods. The terroir in the region is clayey and has moderate amounts of limestone.

Unique conditions for Cultivation of Grapes

The unique microclimate has sunny days and cold nights that give morning dew to the grapes and enhances the sugar level. These natural conditions provide wines with a fresh aroma, strong structure, and adequate minerality. After the fermentation of the wines in the cellar, they are allowed to mature on the lees.
