The microclimate of the region is well suited to growing the Chardonnay and Pinot vines that line the 25-hectare vineyard. Warm summer days are followed by cool and breezy nights, creating an ideal environment for the grapes to ripen, while retaining the acidity that is essential to the production of fine sparkling wines.
