Cantina Lovera located in Franciacorta, Italy, a beautiful winery overlooking a well-tended vineyard and nestled in green rolling hills on the western end of Iseo Lake. The microclimate of the region is well suited to growing the Chardonnay and Pinot vines that line the 25-hectare vineyard. Warm summer days are followed by cool and breezy nights, creating an ideal environment for the grapes to ripen, while retaining the acidity that is essential to the production of fine sparkling wines. And although the temperature fluctuates between day and night, it remains fairly temperate and consistent throughout the growing season due to the effects of Iseo Lake.

Providing a handcrafted touch

All Lovera’s Franciacorta wines are produced using classic method, and rested on the yeasts for at least eight years, making all the wines reserves. The vineyard produces 220 thousands bottles a year of classic method sparkling wine, including Brut, Satèn, Pas Dosé and Rosé. Each product reflects the history of the ancient Franciacorta wine region, and a handcrafted touch.

The sparkling wines are unique due to the classic method applied in fermenting and bottling at the winery. The best grapes and best yeasts give birth to the fine and persistent bubbles in the vintages.
