Founded in 1997, Château Les Valentines spans 35 hectares of picturesque vineyards in the heart of Provence. The estate cultivates a variety of grape types, including Cinsaut, Grenache, and Syrah, with vines averaging 30 years in age, ensuring rich flavors and character in every bottle.

The Art of Winemaking at Château Les Valentines

Cinsaut offers light, fruity aromas, while Grenache brings warmth and finesse. Syrah is celebrated for its aromatic spices and red fruit notes. In addition to these, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon are also grown for their robust contributions to red wines. The winery practices organic farming methods and produces three exclusive red cuvées: Bagnard, La Gourmande, and La Punition. “Bagnard” features a balanced blend of 33% Mourvèdre, 33% Syrah, and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 12 to 18 months in demi-muids. “La Gourmande” undergoes a vinification process lasting up to four weeks, followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak barrels.

We came for the visit and we are delighted. Céline and Hervé welcomed us well and explained how wine is made. We were able to taste the wines just harvested and in alcoholic fermentation. We had a great time with Céline at the tasting. And we had the chance to win a hat. For the price of the visit, a bottle of wine from the estate is offered. We highly recommend.

Welcome in the area, professional and very friendly. The tastings are done first of the rosé then of the white... the red will follow the fact that we are still nearby. Curious about this tasting...
