Historical Significance

The winery's cellar, built in the 17th century, underwent a complete renovation in the 1990s. Visitors can still see remnants of an ancient vineyard established over 500 years ago, along with a Roman aqueduct designed to manage water from the surrounding hills. Legend has it that the name Constantin pays homage to the Roman emperor who passed away in 357 A.D., adding a layer of historical intrigue to this beautiful estate.
