Originally an agricultural company, the winery was acquired by the Gettuli Family in 1971. Today, Laura Gettuli, along with her husband Aurelio Castoldi and their children Simona and Gilberto, lovingly manage the estate, ensuring that every bottle reflects their passion for winemaking.

I went to Cobue because my boyfriend had given me a private spa experience + tasting: it was a really beautiful experience. After two hours in the private spa we took a tour of the winery with Francesca, a very kind and professional girl who also accompanied us in the wine tasting. The tasting included 4 glasses of wine and 3 really tasty snacks. Highly recommended experience!!!

I took my work group to a training day and everything was perfect: coffee break with various sweets, buffet lunch in the garden, aperitif with a visit to the vineyard and winery. What can I say: wonderful.

One of the most difficult reviews to write. Amazing place in the middle of the vineyards in total tranquility and isolated from noise. Perfect place to eat, taste wines and rest/relax by the pool or sauna. In this case we say: “seeing is believing”. I was there recently for an event that was organized and I must say that they did an amazing job. Selected chefs who freshly prepared the dishes of the evening and an incredible wine that accompanied everything. The tables were placed outside, on the grass next to the restaurant, so that we could taste everything in total tranquility. I have nothing more to add because I do not want to give too many spoilers to those who have not been there yet.

We were here in April for a wine tasting. Excellent service, we were allowed to taste typical local products and two Albis and Roseo wines + two still wines Camp8 and Montelupo. Excellent wines, I love zero-dose bubbles and I particularly enjoyed the tasting. We met the owner, an 82-year-old man in very good shape, better than me who is 20 years younger. Great, he stayed with us to chat and told us a bit about the history of COBUE. Very interesting, thank you. The place is wonderful (luxurious) with a pool and SPA.
