Hiša Vina Gjerkeš

Top Top Top We had a very harmonious and delicious 5-course meal with accompanying wine. Highly recommended! Top service, top food, top wine! We'd be happy to go back anytime!

Absolutely amazing food experience with excellent wine pairings. Well worth the visit.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The 7-course menu was a masterpiece, with an impeccable flow, perfect timing, and the most flavorful, delicious dishes. The wine pairing elevated the degustation to an entirely new level. The service was exceptional, and as a delightful bonus, the venue is dog-friendly—an all-around fantastic dining experience!

Top restaurant, great atmosphere, very tasty and creative cuisine and very attentive service that presents all dishes in German. It was a great evening, would love to go again 👍

A very nice estate with fantastic food (the dishes are really innovative and always surprising) and a top notch young staff, the rooms are clean, well furnished and have everything one needs to relax, a special praise goes to Matic who is very helpful and takes the time to welcome guests and is also ready to chat with them informally, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends, family and colleagues, a special mention also goes to the breakfast which is fantastic and served with special "sweets".

Nearly perfect creative cuisine. Attentive service. A wonderfully stylish restaurant, but unfortunately with very poor acoustics. The menu is only available in Slovenian.

Hello. We participated in Restaurant Week and let me tell you that it was an exceptional culinary experience for us. We tried the selected TR menu and at the same time additional dishes. Everything was great. Offer, service, atmosphere. Well done! Keep going. Many culinary challenges ahead. See you again. 🫶🏼

We had a wonderful evening with an excellent 5-course menu, great wine pairings and perfect service! Definitely worth a visit 👌🏻

We chose Gjerkeš to discover its wines and enjoy a stay in nature. It was a fantastic experience immersed in amazing wines, nature, comfort and human connection from our hosts. The wine tasting takes you to little trips with each wine, discovering new combinations in nose and mouth. Tasting was done in the open air overlooking the forest and vineyards, with delicious cheese, which made it an unforgettable experience. The rooms have been open to the public since September 2023. They combine a modern style, high quality and silence. They have very comfortable beds, aircon, shutters and mosquito net, reading lights, small desk and open functional closet. Beautiful and practical toilet. There is a very nice common living room with a fridge with wine and local beers, a quite nice library with wine literature and a balcony overlooking the forest. Wine, trekking and bike brochures are also available. Breakfast was amazing with local products, including cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, fruit in a beautiful room with direct view to the garden, forest and vineyards. Leon and Helena are incredible hosts, they make you feel at their home, in a peaceful and energizing way. I really appreciate the possibility of having interesting conversations with them. We found the location perfect for us, wine, nature and trekking lovers, to discover the Pomurska Slovenian area, and the neighbouring Austria and Hungarian regions. We are looking forward to coming back and trying the restaurant (as this time was closed due to holidays)

An amazing experience! We had a delicious gourmet dinner paired with the Gjerkeš family wines. The food is an inventive spin on local ingredients. We loved the wines from before and happily sampled their full range and took home a selection of favourites. We spent the night in one of their rooms which are modern, cosy and clean. Highly recommend and well worth the trip!
