The apple sauces (Apple boost) were very tasty, both with and without ginger, I took them in sips straight from the bottle :) or as a sauce for dessert (Greek yogurt, nuts, berries, apple boost). And I marinate red onions in raspberry vinegar. I also add a little apple sauce with ginger to it.

I visited the Ideafarm factory store last summer, where there were very kind family people, you could taste syrups, jams and wines! Very interesting and unique flavors. Our family's favorite is apple boost with ginger. We drink it with sparkling water and add it to the salad to taste.
