Immersed in appealing landscapes, the Il Cipresso Winery is located in an ancient farmstead dating back to 17th century, surrounded by the scenic vineyards of Scanzorosciate (Bergamo). The winery is a renowned producer of exquisite organic wines, made within the Moscato di Scanzo DOCG and Valcalepio DOC regions. Covered with about 2500 olive plants, the winery is also an excellent producer of extra virgin olive oil. Il Cipresso uses a perfect blend of traditional and modern approaches inside the wine cellar. Each step of the production process has a dedicated space. The drying of grapes takes place in a separate area and bottling of wines occurs in another room. The fermentation of grapes is carried out in stainless steel tanks, while aging and refinement are done in wooden oak barrels that enhances the taste of their prestigious wines.

The vineyards are extended over an area of five hectares on different patches of land, on which the owner grows a broad array of grapes. It includes top-class Moscato di Scanzo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, in combination with fruity Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Incrocio Manzoni. Using these vines, the company produces various types of wine, comprising luscious red, white, and sparkling wines, clubbed with high-class rose and dessert wines.
