La Ferme des Lices Winery from sunny St-Tropez
Fifty years ago, the La Ferme des Lices was a simple vineyard located near the beach of St-Tropez in the heart of a real estate project, and vines were about to disappear. Luckily, Laurence Berlemont decided to save it from being destroyed and invest a lot of her time and resources to turn it into a real winery. The beautiful La Ferme des Lices is located in a stunning location in the peninsula of Saint-Tropez. They benefit from the exceptional location and typical Mediterranean climate with lots of sunshine. The mountainous massifs of the Moors protect the winery and its crops from the frost of the high hilly position.
Modern Techniques for Authentic Wines
Today, the vineyard at the La Ferme des Lices Winery spreads over an area of 8 hectares. It produces amazingly delicious wines using a great variety of grapes, including Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. All their red, white and rose wines are tasty and unique in their textures. The winery also boasts 350 olive trees on one hectare of sahly/sandy soils. La Ferme des Lices follows their old local traditions in the verification process in the vineyards. The winemakers at La Ferme des Lices Winery use the best combination of traditional as well as modern techniques to produce authentic wines.
