First established in 1980 by Francois Devictor, Domaine de la Sanglière is run by his sons Oliver and Remy, now. The winery is certified organic with green fertilizers with estate-made vegetal compost and horse manure. No pesticides are used in the vineyards and advanced canopy management and leaf dropping are used to reduce disease pressure.

A wonderful 4x4 ride through the vineyards and forest with some acrobatic traverses in the company of Arthur, our young and competent guide, who then explained to us the vinification of each vintage - very informative!
