Ricci Curbastro Winery first set roots in the 13th century and only grew from there. The wine making knowledge and secrets have been gracefully passed on and beautifully handled on my every generation since then. For 18 generations now, Ricci Curbastro Winery has stayed in the family and they have only grown stronger and adaptive with time.
A Winery With a Vision
While they have a strong history, Ricci Curbastro also looks forward to the future with a vision. Organic farming is practiced by heart in the vineyards of Ricci Curbastro Winery and it has been certified as a sustainable company. The 27.5 hectares of land are dedicated to vineyards that nurture grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco, Erbamet, Carmenere, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards and the winery use solar powered energy and LED lights.
A World Built Around Wine
Ricci Curbastro have built their own museum where they represent their family history of wine making and the techniques and the tools used then. A farmhouse is also available near the vineyards that have 8 fully furnished apartments. Ricci Curbastro heartily welcomes you to visit their museum, their farmhouse and their antique shop.
