The Hoffmann family has been crafting exceptional wines for over 300 years. Our historic winery, established in 1921 by Anna and Nikolaus Hoffmann, is a testament to our dedication to quality.

Today, Rudolf Hoffmann II proudly manages the winery, continuing the family tradition into its third generation. Spanning 5 hectares, our vineyards are predominantly planted with Riesling, a hallmark of the Mosel region. We also produce acclaimed red wines that have gained international recognition.

In addition to Riesling, we cultivate unique grape varieties such as Gelber Muskateller, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer, which are less common in the Mosel area.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the numerous international awards our wines have received in various competitions. We blend traditional viticulture practices with modern research to ensure the best care for our vines.

Located around the charming village of Detzem, our vineyards thrive in ancient, diverse soils that contribute to the character of our wines. Producing outstanding wine requires not only knowledge of viticulture but also a deep passion for the land and its heritage.

At Weingut Hoffmann, our wines embody the interplay of the wine, the landscape, the people, and their culture, creating a unique experience for every wine lover.

The wine is of great quality and the service is also great. We'll be back on our next Moselle holiday! Until then, orders will be placed online. LG

Unfortunately, despite having the same last name, we are not related. Otherwise I could definitely treat myself to this great quality of wine more often!! Everything is great! Highly recommended!
