Dear Mangrich family, we spent a wonderful New Year's Eve with you. We found the atmosphere of the house to be very pleasant. The menu was very lovingly put together, prepared and served. The wine recommendations were perfect. A big compliment to the kitchen and the service. The fact that you introduced your staff by name and with two sentences about their position in the house and their professional career in the hour before midnight shows the appreciation you have for your staff. Very idyllically located family-run hotel. The rooms are beautifully and modernly furnished. There is a really great common room with a selection of books and games. The food was delicious, even as a vegetarian you are spoiled. Breakfast was also sufficient and very tasty. I will definitely be back.

I've been here several times and will gladly return! As constructive criticism, I would like to point out that yesterday's gala menu dragged on for a long time, and some dishes weren't quite hot. However, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the Klostermühle!

We booked the Weinhotel Klostermühle to spend a relaxing weekend and visit the Christmas market in Trier. The hotel is ideal for this. It is in a very quiet location, our room was large and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the evening meal was also very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt at home again.

Best place to stay hands down when in Saarburg! Rooms are outstanding and restaurant excellent!! We have stayed here 5 times now. Kids friendly too! Please go and stay there!
