Viticulture
The La Serra vineyard is at the foot of Montsant, in La Morera de Montsant. North-East of Montsant, County of Priorat, Catalonia.
Vinification
Hand-picked in early October. Vinification with their skins. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts for 24 days at 17ºC. Partial aging for 10 months in 225 liter barrels with their lees. No sulfites added.
