Viticulture
The Manou vinyard is at the foot of the Sierra de Les Gritelles, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, near Siurana. Red Grenache Vineyards. North-East of Montsant, County of Priorat, Catalonia. DOP MONTSANT.
Vinification
Hand-harvested at the end of September 2020. Vinification with its skins. Alcoholic fermentation with local yeasts for 24 days at 17ºC. Partial aging for 10 months in 225 liter barrels with their lees.
