Wine Tasting and Tour at Domaine Saint-Hilaire

So lucky to have not only got married at the Domaine Saint Hilaire last week, but to stay there with family for a whole week in the most beautiful Domaine, truly making the most wonderful memories. We got married on the 8th June after booking the venue a year in advance, after seeing it and falling in love, so much so, it was the only wedding venue we looked at and we booked it the very next day. We enjoyed every step of wedding planning with the Domaine’s manager Ina who advised and connected us with her brilliant suppliers, who worked their magic on our wedding day, along with Ina of course. The venue was perfect for the style of wedding we wanted. A chilled vibe with lots of different areas to host different parts of the day revealing the gorgeous house as guests sat down for dinner. A real show stopper. The house and grounds being so beautiful we really didn't have to add a huge amount of decor. Wedding aside, during the week we were hosted by Ina, who helped us with restaurant bookings, wine tasting at the venue and she also organised and hosted a family BBQ under the stunning vine pergola by the pool. As a working vineyard we were able to taste and purchase a mix of wines which we drank throughout the week and of course on the wedding day. The wines are very reasonable priced and we are still being flooded with compliments from friends and family on the wine, in particular their latest rose. The grounds are of course beautiful too, with so much care and attention by Nick the onsite groundsmen who really ensured the space looked perfect for our wedding day. A big thank you to Ina & Nick, we had the most amazing time and couldn’t recommend the Domaine enough to others, feeling very lucky to have got married at the Domaine Saint Hilaire. We got married at Domaine St. Hilaire this summer and are so glad we chose this venue! The Domaine itself is stunning, it's an ideal setting for a wedding with multiple spaces for different parts of the day. We also decided to hold a wine tasting & barbecue for our guests in the week beforehand, which was very well organised by the venue. The wine itself is excellent and reasonably priced, many of our guests wanted to take some home. Finally, our whole experience was so much smoother thanks to Ina and the staff who are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. We cannot recommend this venue enough, this is the place for your wedding!

We came by bike from Cap d'Agde, which was quite doable... We shared a delicious barbecue with a tasting of selected wines. A very warm welcome, attentive treatment of everyone and very pleasant conviviality in a shady room. Excellent address (and very good wines!!!)

On a recommendation we went for the BBQ lunch with wine flight. Lovely little courtyard garden setting with 3 course and 5 (+1 ) different wines. Great value, friendly service and superb wine and food. Popped into the shop afterwards to get a few bottles for home.

We spent two days there for a wedding in July. The Domaine de Saint Hilaire is a magical place in the middle of the vineyards with a warm welcome and quality services! Go there without hesitation!
