Winemaking in the Rousillon since the 1920s Directly on the border, where France meets Spain, the brother-and-sister team, Véronique and Pierre Boudau, make their inicredibly high-quality wines. Here in the Rousillon they take advantage of the excellent terroir and the beautiful climate. Boudau has been making wine here in their family winery since the 1920s, at first mostly sweet white wines. Henry Boudau added some Grenache Noir vines in the 1950s but whites predominated.
