At Domaine Sol Payré, we offer engaging wine tastings and informative tours throughout the year. Join us for a comprehensive visit that includes the exterior barrel storage, vat room, and interior barrel storage, along with a stroll through our picturesque vineyards.

Take your time to learn about our unique terroir and the diverse grape varieties we cultivate. You will have the opportunity to taste five exquisite wines from our estate, featuring selections from Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Macabeu, and Muscat Petits Grains.

If you prefer a more casual experience, our complimentary wine tasting does not require an appointment. During this tasting, you can sample at least three of our wines. Plus, if you purchase bottles from our wine shop, the visit is complimentary.

One of the best wineries in the area. They offer a relatively wide selection of red and white. Scélérata is one of my favorite with great quality price ratio. Imo Pectore is also a very good choice. Ater is a little more pricey but it’s clearly a top tier wine, one of the best from this region. I don’t know their whites so well but looking forward to try them!

We celebrated our wedding at this magnificent property and we were delighted! Beyond the great location, the teams did a remarkable job. The chef created a delicious menu that delighted all of our guests. The staff was attentive, very flexible to our requests and really looked after each of our guests. We recommend it without hesitation!

I have known and appreciated Sol Payré wines for a few years, I took advantage of my holidays to visit them and I had lunch at the restaurant. The terrace is beautiful and the cuisine is excellent, with a carefully chosen and refined menu, then of course the wines consumed during the meal at the actual cost, make it all even more interesting.

The location is magnificent with a view of the vineyards. The chef's cuisine is succulent and original. Smiling and perfect service. We had a very nice evening. We will gladly come back
