The Territory of Château de l’Ou Winery The winery is located around 10 km south of Perpignan. The family of Séverine and Philippe Bourrier bought the Château de l’Ou back in 1998. They planted vineyards in 26 hectares and olive trees in four hectares and started their wine business. Gradually, they converted the entire property to Organic Farming. They cultivated 8 hectares of vines in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet and 7 hectares of vines in Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes.
