Join us for a guided tour of the stunning Château de Paraza, set in picturesque gardens that once belonged to Pierre-Paul Riquet during the 17th century construction of the Canal du Midi. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating stories about the estate's history, its architectural beauty, and the breathtaking views of the valley, the Canal du Midi, and, on clear days, the majestic Pyrenees mountains.

As we stroll through the wine cellar, you will learn about the various techniques we use to craft our exceptional red, white, rosé, and orange wines. This informative experience will deepen your appreciation for our winemaking process.

To round off your visit, enjoy a guided tasting of six of our classic wines. This tasting is the perfect opportunity to experience our dedication to quality and passion for winemaking firsthand.

We popped in with no reservation (and precious little French) and were treated wonderfully. The tastings are beyond generous. We took a detour of our e-bike ride along the canal and this was spectacular.

My opinion concerns the wine cellar. Very well located in Paraza and easy to access. The tastings are done in a superb setting with staff who know their stuff. In addition, these are very good wines. My comment concerns the red wines. I recommend

We always enjoy coming back to Paraza. What the Danglas family has achieved is extraordinary. Every time we drink one of the three wines X, MMV or 1 with someone, we are asked to take a few bottles with us on our next visit. Congratulations Lucile and family. Continue like this!

We got married at Castello di Paraza, it is a magnificent place, ideally located, the rooms are impeccable and comfortable. The service was more than up to our expectations as was the breakfast. Our guests were thrilled with their weekend and to have spent this time in such a beautiful environment. We will return with great pleasure and I think we will not be the only ones.

A little gem of a hotel, small number of rooms but each with its own identity. Lovely pool and grounds with an attached winery to sample their own wines. Staff are really helpful and attentive, and our hosts are very friendly. Highly recommend for a couple of nights to enjoy the beautiful grounds and surrounding areas.
