Nice little excursion on our canal holiday

We turned up in the village on foot , walking from the canal (25 mins). We were hoping to get some food and drink from the restaurant but it was shut. We then had 90 mins to wait for our wine tour. I emailed the Chateaux and they responded quickly to allow an early start The young lady was fantastic, spoke good English and gave us good information on the wines and history of the winery. We didn’t go through the vineyards which is maybe what we were expecting and we didn’t stray too far from the main building. Having said that the tasting itself was great. Thank you.

Fantastic visit. We were made really welcome and given an initial informative tour of the vineyard. Really thorough tasting to finish. Tour was with an English host which wax really helpful for our party. Happy to recommend.
