Before having a wine tasting you will visit the wine cellar. The guide will present to you the history of the estate and their winemaking practices. Afterward, you will taste the wines.

Here you can taste a variety of wines from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Roussanne, Vermentino, and Chardonnay.

The vineyards of Le Clos d’Elle were founded in 1987, in and around the commune of Cournonterral, in the Languedoc region of southern France, with the first vinification taking place in 2009. After 20 years as a winegrower, Claude Bousquet had always dreamed of creating his own caveau and wine, an authentic expression of terroir and tradition.
