The tour will begin in the vineyards in front of the estate, where I will explain the history and work philosophy of our family. You will then discover the winery where you will discover all the specificities of our appellations and in particular the Vins Doux Naturels, emblematic vintages of Roussillon.
We will then continue the tour in the former stable of the farmhouse, transformed into a tasting room. You will taste the estate's 11 vintages and enjoy local specialties: Pain Tomates, Catalan charcuterie, tortilla, goat cheese toasts and Catalan sweets (rousquilles, croquants).
Discover centuries of winemaking history with cellar tours, rare archives, and a villa tasting paired with local delicacies.
