In 1993, Felipe Monje revolutionized winemaking in the Canary Islands by producing the first crianza wine. Since then, he has dedicated himself to creating exceptional crianzas and reservas, using only the finest harvests and indigenous grape varieties. Each bottle not only features artistic labels inspired by notable cultural and historical figures from the Canary Islands but also showcases the elegant evolution of the wines over time.

Join us for a unique opportunity to taste a piece of history with our limited selection of wines. Our guided winery tours are available at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 5:00 PM, providing an informative and enjoyable experience for all wine enthusiasts.

In case of adverse weather conditions or full capacity at the Restaurant - Terrace, tastings may be relocated to the Wine Club within the winery without prior notice.

We also offer a transfer service that must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your purchased activity, you can exchange it for any other service or product from our store within 60 days of purchase. For refunds, a fee of €9 will be deducted for management and bank charges. If you wish to extend or change your reservation, a fee of €3 per person will apply, along with any price difference due to rate changes.
