Enjoy a delightful spread featuring bread, watercress butter, Almogrote, Palmero chorizo, and cheese shavings on sponge cake. Savor a wood-fired roasted pork shoulder, served with sweet vegetables, almond mojo, and a fresh salad with our Macho Monje vinegar and wrinkled potatoes. For dessert, relish a creamy cheese dish with wine sponge cake and Hollera jam. Complete your meal with coffee or an infusion and three glasses of our exquisite young wines.

11:00 a.m. - Start with a guided tour of the winery (60 minutes), followed by the Mojo Workshop (90 minutes).
Restaurant hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Kitchen open until 4:30 p.m.)
