The Guest House

Santa Petronila offers a perfect setting for a special occasion, or for enjoying a few days in the company of family and friends. Designed to offer a relaxing stay in a natural environment, in the middle of the vineyards, it features an infinity pool, gardens and several porches in different parts of the Estate.

The Guest House, with capacity for groups of 16 to 25 people, has been carefully renovated incorporating 21st century comforts, including under-floor heating. Its exquisite and original decoration, with stone walls and hydraulic floors, makes it an authentic place, and ideal for disconnect from the daily hustle.

The Guest House has the highest category of 3 Olives, and received the "Best Practices" mention in the Eurovinq European project.

The Winery

The Smallest Sherry Winery in the World,located in the Pago de Macharnudo, the best wine growing area in Jerez Superior, welcome visitors to an intimate family winefarm, with a history prior to 1722. A tour of the winery invite visitors to understand the work in the vineyard, and the aging of wines in the cellar; a wonderful place to learn about the evolution from “Grapes to the Glass”, and to have an opportunity to taste the unique Sherry Wines.

Santa Petronila offers a Superior Sherry, obtained from Palomino grapes, nurtured by the Andalusian sun and the white albariza soil, conserving a thousand-year-old tradition of wine making. The Santa Petronila wines, “in rama”, meaning natural, without filtering nor clarification, are; Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and White wines.
