An excellent winery that is reestablishing itself powerfully after a long history of less committed investment. Impeccably restored buildings house the winery and the extensive domain is worth a good walk, with its parks, orchards and vines. All is magically sited in the magnificent valley created by tongues of volcanic larva in the commune of Caux. Best to call in advance to arrange a tasting but absolutely worth a detour.
