Baglio Bonsignore was born from the passion and dedication of Debora and Luigi, who founded the company with a clear objective: to enhance Sicilian winemaking traditions and embrace technological innovations to offer exceptional wines.

Debora and Luigi have always believed in the power of nature and respect for the environment. For this reason, all our wines are made following rigorous organic criteria, guaranteeing products that reflect the authenticity of our territory and the purity of its fruits.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to combine the wisdom of ancient winemaking practices with modern technologies, to get the best out of every single grape. At Baglio Bonsignore we have chosen to live and share traditions, history and love for nature with our guests. Our estate is a convivial place where our guests can walk among the vineyards, visit the extraordinary Neolithic construction, the Cubburo, the rooms of the eighteenth-century baglio.
