Azienda Agricola Dalzocchio Elisabetta

The Dalzocchio Farm is located on the top of the splendid Rovereto hill, in Trentino, in a dominant position over the Vallagarina. Here, two hectares of woodland and two of Pinot Noir vineyards, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, give life to a particularly suggestive environment.

We produce a refined Pinot Noir inspired by French tradition and at the same time deeply rooted in our territory. A wine that stands out at the best tastings.

The grapes are harvested by hand, placing them in small containers, to have only the best. The vinification takes place in open oak vats, the fermentation is spontaneous, respecting tradition. The wine is aged in 228-liter oak barrels for 18 months.

Pinot Nero Dalzocchio is a Dolomite wine of extreme elegance, with a ruby red color and intense and clear aromas of small fruits and medicinal herbs. Soft sip with ripe and juicy fruit, supported by an austere and velvety tannin. Balsamic and spicy notes embellish the long finish for a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.
