At 1,200 meters above sea level, in the pristine heart of the Nebrodi Park and just a stone's throw from the sky, the magic of Semantile comes to life. Our heroic vineyards defy the heights to give shape to a pure Chardonnay and a fresh, complex, and unforgettable Metodo Classico. The vineyards are located on the southern slopes of the Nebrodi mountains. Surrounded by the Semantile forest, with a southern exposure, they experience almost perpetual north winds. Etna offers not only panoramic views but also significant mitigation and climate influence. We adopt a cultivation method that is harmonious with our surroundings, adopting natural grassing between and on the rows and only practices that respect and encourage the microbiota. Dry and green pruning are focused on the well-being and balance of the plant, which yields little but excellent quality. Our geese are not marketing tools but an essential factor in crop management.
