I discovered the Ayamé wine cellar during a Champagne tasting; the cellar is magnificent and the selection very interesting. The smoked fish shop next door, "L'Atelier de Madame Poisson," is also worth a visit!

My wife and I were unprepared for the level of planning involved for wine tasting in Bordeaux. We stumbled across Ayame and decided to pop in to at least buy a bottle of Bordeaux wine. The owners were so friendly and knowledgeable and we had the absolute best time trying wine and getting to know them. They even helped us get an appointment at the nearby Chateau Biac, which was beautiful. I would encourage anyone and everyone to stop by Ayame, visit with these beautiful people and buy some incredible wine.

A very nice wine cellar at the bottom of Camblanes & Meynac. I had a dry German Riesling for €13 and some 24-month aged Lacaune AOC ham – it was fantastic!
