Spanning approximately thirty hectares, the vineyards at Bodegas Alvia are home to a variety of grapes, including Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Viura, Mazuelo, and Malvasia. These high-quality grapes are the foundation of their acclaimed red, white, and rosé wines. The region's Atlantic climate, characterized by mild winds and fertile soils, creates ideal conditions for grape cultivation. Handpicked Excellence: Quality in Every Bottle

At Bodegas Alvia, the harvest is a meticulous process. Workers handpick the finest grapes, discarding any that do not meet their high standards. Fermentation occurs in small tanks, ranging from 8,000 to 15,000 liters, allowing for precise control and separation of grape varieties before blending. The aging process takes place in new barrels made from Hungarian, American, and French oak, imparting complexity and depth to the wines.
