The vineyards cover around thirty hectares of land, and the main varieties are the Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viura, and Malvasia

Their vineyards cover around thirty hectares of land, and the main varieties of grapes produced are the Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Viura, Mazuelo, and Malvasia that goes into the production of their famous red, white and rose wines. The area has an Atlantic climate with a low amount of cold winds along with soil suitable for vine cultivation. Plot orientation, low productivity, and vineyard age are also perfect for the growth of excellent grapes.

The grapes are hand-picked and carefully hand-selected to ensure high-quality wines

The workers manually select the best grapes on a sorting table and discard any grape, not in good condition. The fermentation process takes place in small tanks with a capacity of 8000 to 15000 liters. It helps to control the fermentation and separate different varieties of grapes. Aging of wine takes place in new Hungarian, American, and French barrels that provide the perfect complexion and taste to the wines. Traditional knowledge and modern techniques allow the production of the best quality Rioja wines.
