Located in the heart of Haro’s legendary Barrio de la Estación, Bodegas TIHOM is the personal project of Jorge Muga, winemaker for over 20 years at the familiar winery, one of Rioja’s most iconic family wineries.

After two decades crafting classic wines, Jorge created TIHOM to express a more personal vision — one that combines precision, purity, and respect for tradition.

Our vineyards are situated in the coldest area of Rioja, where altitude and Atlantic influence bring freshness, slow ripening, and a distinctive aromatic profile. We mainly work with less common Rioja varieties such as Mazuelo, Graciano, Maturana Blanca, and Garnacha Blanca, while also using the renowned Tempranillo and Viura when they perfectly fit the character of each wine.

The result is a collection of wines that combine finesse and depth — modern in expression yet rooted in the classic soul of Rioja.

Visitors are welcome to experience our boutique winery, discover our unique approach to viticulture and winemaking, and taste our limited-production wines that reflect the essence of this new chapter in Rioja.

We offer guided visits and private tastings with the winemaker, by appointment only, ensuring a calm and authentic experience in the historical setting of Haro.

We went to Bodega Tihom for a wine tasting and were absolutely thrilled by Irene's friendly welcome. Her expert guidance through the tasting introduced us to the excellent wines. The tapas that complemented the wines rounded out the experience. We'll definitely be back!

My partner and I went on the guided tour and wine tasting this morning. The explanations were excellent and very detailed. Despite being a family-run winery and smaller than many others in Haro, we were impressed by the wide variety of wines they produce compared to other wineries. Nuria led the tour, explaining everything in great detail, and the tasting was incredible. We were able to try three wines: rosé, white, and red, with the option to have seconds, each accompanied by its respective appetizer. A very good experience!

It's clear this family, including the staff, lives for wine... we stumbled into the winery by accident and ended up thanks to Nuria's excellent recommendation. She's a hard worker and a great colleague, as she likes to be called... Jorge was there too... we'll definitely be back for a tasting! There's no competition... just a desire to try different things... 100% recommended winery
