Bodegas Pinord

Bodegas Pinord is a family-owned winery with more than 150 years of winemaking tradition in the heart of the Penedès region. Founded in 1942 by the Tetas family, we were pioneers in Spain in the production of sparkling wines (vino de aguja) and the first winery in the country to obtain Demeter certification for biodynamic farming.

We work from two distinct locations, each offering a different experience:

• Vilafranca del Penedès: Our historic modernist cellar is located in the town centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. This makes it especially convenient for visitors coming from Barcelona (approximately 40 minutes by train). Here you can explore our traditional cellars, including the barrel room and the underground cava ageing area, and enjoy guided tastings in a unique architectural setting.
• Mas Muntanyans (Castellet i la Gornal): Our estate winery is surrounded by biodynamic vineyards. This location offers a more immersive experience among the vines, ideal for visitors who want to discover how we farm and produce our wines in harmony with nature. It is the perfect setting for pairings, gastronomic experiences and more exclusive visits.

We produce a wide range of wines and cavas across several appellations, including Penedès, Cava, Priorat, Ribera del Duero, Terra Alta and others. Our portfolio includes organic, biodynamic and kosher wines, as well as a selection of premium and limited-production wines from unique plots.

Our enotourism experiences are designed for different types of visitors. We offer classic guided visits with tastings, pairings with local cheeses and charcuterie, sensory activities such as aroma games, and more complete gastronomic experiences with seasonal, km0 products. Whether you are looking for a short visit near Barcelona or a full immersion in the vineyards, we have an experience that suits you.
