Hand-Harvested Grapes for Exceptional Quality
At Bodegas y Viñedos del Jalón, traditional winemaking practices are respected while cultivating a diverse range of grapes across 650 hectares of vineyards, representing about 20% of the entire Denomination of Calatayud. The winery grows Grenache, Syrah, Tempranillo, and high-quality Macabeo. Each grape is hand-harvested with care, ensuring only the best bunches are selected for processing. Under the Calatayud DO status, the winery produces outstanding red, white, and rosé wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
